23828 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What date, if any, will the Regulatory Impact Statement for the Equal Pay Amendment Bill be released?

Hon Brooke van Velden: A Regulatory Impact Statement was not developed. Once the legislation has been in place for several years, I will consider whether a post-implementation review would be appropriate. This would have to be assessed against the other priorities within the portfolio at any given time.
