23631 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into Historical Abuse in State Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions: How many, if any, survivors have received a fixed payment under the Lake Alice torture redress pathway?

Hon Erica Stanford: As of 15 May, 53 survivors had received an expedited payment of $150,000. Another payment was due to be paid on 16 May with a further 28 claims in progress.
