23582 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, school lunches were not delivered during the week of May 5th 2025, expressed as an overall number?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that during the week of 5 May 2025, there were two schools where special dietary meals were not delivered due to a logistics issue on that day. There were also two students at two different schools where meal preferences were not able to be supplied. Across all delivery models including internal, external , iwi / hapu, the Ka Ora, Ka Ako programme delivered over 1 million meals that week.
