Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) between 12-16 May 2025: • Ministerial Satisfaction Surveys 2024/25 Emergency Management and Recovery, 14 May 2025 • Ministerial approval to extend Cyclone Recovery Capability funded activities, 14 May 2025 • AFAC Lessons Management Forum Talking Points, 15 May 2025 • Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, 16 May 2025 • Cyclone Recovery Unit Fortnightly Report (16 May 2025), 16 May 2025. Jointly with the Ministers for Māori Development and Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti, I received the following document: Aide Memoire to support Tairāwhiti Marae announcement, 15 May 2025, 13 May 2025.
