23384 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Customs: How many restructures, if any, have taken place at Customs NZ between 27 November 2023 and 1 May 2025, and what was the net loss of roles, if any, for each of these restructures?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that between 27 November 2023 and 1 May 2025, the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) commenced seven restructure processes. I refer the Member to the attached appendix which contains the net loss or gain of roles from these processes, broken down by Customs restructure and net loss/net gain.
