Hon Judith Collins: As Minister for the Public Service, I did not seek advice or input from the Privacy Commissioner prior to seeking changes to questions in the public service survey on sexual orientation, trans and intersex identities. The Public Service Commission was responsible for all aspects of the survey design, including consultation with stakeholders.
