23310 (2025). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Women: Does she stand by her answer to oral questions on the 8th of May 2025 that the changes to the Act would have positive outcomes for women, and if so, what advice or modelling was this based on, if any?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I stand by my full statement that "this law change provides, finally, a very clear legal framework for proving sex-based undervaluation and raising and resolving those claims. That can only be a good thing for women".
