23253 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Associate Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, listed by title, agency, and date, has the Minister or their Office commissioned or received since August 2024 on Pamū Farms of New Zealand?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Treasury publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers, by the middle of the month after the advice is provided. I refer the member to that list, which can be found here: https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/other-official-information/titles-advice-minister-finance-treasury-inland-revenue-and-reserve-bank. It is my view that the application of additional resources to answer this and similar questions now is not a good use of taxpayer funds and therefore not in the public interest.
