23245 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Associate Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, listed by title and date, has the Minister or their Office commissioned or received since August 2024 on amendments, if any, to the Public Finance Act 1989?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not commissioned any advice on amendments to the Public Finance Act 1989. I received advice from the Treasury to facilitate my taking a paper to Cabinet on behalf of the Minister of Finance. This advice will be proactively released by the Treasury following introduction of the Bill.
