23239 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: What correspondence, if any, listed by subject, date, and sender, has the Minister, or her Office, had with the Treasury since August 2024 on amendments, if any, to the Public Finance Act 1989?

Hon Nicola Willis: My Office frequently corresponded with the Treasury on amendments to the Public Finance Act 1989, as is common when developing legislation. I am advised collating information on this correspondence would take significant resource. I do not consider this use of time is in the public interest. The Treasury has proactively released advice related to the Public Finance Amendment Bill on its website.
