23132 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on the implications to their portfolio of a Regulatory Standards Bill, listed by title and date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have received relevant briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings.
