23034 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on the implications to their portfolio of a Regulatory Standards Bill, listed by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not sought or received any specific advice on the implications of a Regulatory Standards Bill for my Housing portfolio. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (the Ministry) was consulted by the Ministry for Regulation on the Regulatory Standards Bill Cabinet paper. Feedback from the Ministry was combined with other departmental feedback, summarised and presented in Annex 5 of the Cabinet paper.
