Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Does he stand by his statement regarding Todd Stephenson “So, you know, and again, you know, we expect our MPs to manage real or perceived conflict of interest. And I'm sure that's happening”, and if so, did he consider this real or perceived conflict of interest when he appointed Todd Stephenson as a Parliamentary Private Secretary?
