22929 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: What percentage of children whose caregivers attended The Incredible Years Autism Programme needed no further psychology intervention?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Incredible Years Autism Parent (IYAP) is for participants who are caregivers, whānau and family of tamariki aged 2-5 years. Caregivers and whānau can include foster parents, grandparents and other extended family members. The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) does not collect the number of children referred to further intervention following the IYAP programme.
