Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received regarding the possibility of the Fast Track Bill breaching New Zealand's Free Trade Agreements with the UK and EU, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not received any advice to date on this matter. Officials from the Ministry for the Environment are working with MFAT on this matter.
