22868 (2025). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Whānau Ora: What is the number of staff to be made redundant in the Whanau Ora Commissioning Agency and what are their respective job roles?

Hon Tama Potaka: I cannot comment on the number of affected employees. Whānau Ora commissioning agencies - both the incumbent and incoming commissioning agencies starting on 1 Hōngongoi 2025 - are devolved non-government organisations operating under outcomes agreements with the Government.
