Hon Todd McClay: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has provided me with legal advice on how the Fast-track Approvals Bill fits with New Zealand’s international treaties and obligations. I received such advice on 242 March, 17 April, 29 April and 15 May this year. The title and the contents of the legal advice are subject to legal professional privilege.
