Hon Brooke van Velden: In my capacity as Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, I have taken five papers to Cabinet since November 2023, they are listed by date taken to Cabinet below: - Repeal of the Fair Pay Agreements Legislation (4 December 2023) - Fair Pay Agreements Repeal Bill: Approval for Introduction (11 December 2023) - 100-day action plan: Extending the availability of 90-day trials to all employers (11 December 2023) - Minimum Wage Review: Setting the 2024 Rates (30 January 2024) - Minimum Wage Order 2024 (26 February 2024) - Holidays Act Reform: Further Policy Decisions (27 May 2024) Two titles have been withheld as they are either sensitive in nature or still under active consideration. It is not in the public interest to release them at this time.
