Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA). In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I am not the minister responsible for Vote Internal Affairs. The Minister of Internal Affairs is the responsible Minister for the Vote. I refer the member to the Minister of Internal Affairs’ response to Parliamentary Question 22964 (2026).
