Hon Andrew Bayly: I took the following paper ‘Modernising and transforming the 2028 Census: Public consultation on an administrative data-first approach for census’ to Cabinet on 25 March 2024, and ‘Modernising and transforming the 2028 Census: Public consultation document’ on 6 May 2024. These have been proactively released on Stats NZ website.
