22782 (2025). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Does she stand by her answer to oral question one on 8 May 2025 that “I advocated on a number of occasions for a fair and robust pay equity system”, if so, what is her definition of a fair and robust pay equity system?

Hon Nicola Grigg: Yes I stand by my statement. The changes made to the Equal Pay Act will address sex-based discrimination in a way that is more robust, more sustainable, and more workable.
