Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Does she stand by her answer to oral question one on 8 May 2025 that “I advocated on a number of occasions for a fair and robust pay equity system”, if so, what advice has she received from the Ministry for Women to support this advocacy, by title and date?

Hon Nicola Grigg: Yes I stand by my statement. The changes made to the Equal Pay Act maintain pay equity in a more robust, more sustainable, and more workable manner.
