Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Does she stand by her answer to oral question one on 8 May 2025 that “Government is committed to addressing sex-based discrimination in the workplace”, if so, what specific actions has she taken to address sex-based discrimination in the workplace?

Hon Nicola Grigg: Yes. Our Government is committed to addressing sex-based discrimination and the recent changes to the Equal Pay Act enables this.
