22744 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, school lunches were not delivered during the week of April 28th, expressed as an overall number?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that, during the week of 28 April 2025, a total 535,398 meals were delivered and, 98.7 percent of these were delivered on time. There were two students at two different schools requesting unique meal preferences that were not delivered in the week of 28 April. 17 schools had lunches delivered late due to miscommunication about a teacher only day, temporary driver training and meal preparation. Meals from five other schools had partially delivered lunches over the same week. Corrective action has been put in place by the supplier. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 22745 (2025).
