Hon Paul Goldsmith: No decisions have been made on role reduction/disestablishments, restructures, redeployments, or support for staff (including outplacement, retraining, or mental health services) at the Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana—Te Tari Whakatau as part of savings made in Budget 2026, and therefore the Public Service Commissioner has not been consulted.
