Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning 12 May with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles are affected?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha did not open any consultations with employees on the week beginning 12 May 2025 regarding any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions. In relation to Disability Support Services, which is part of the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to the reply to written question 22488 (2025).
