22536 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: What Cabinet papers, if any, has the Minister taken to Cabinet Committee during the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, by Cabinet Committee, title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to the answers to Written Questions 27579, 27580, (2023) and 121, 3555, 3556, 8433, 9310, 9311 and 10711 (2024). In addition for the period from 11 May to 28 May 2024, which is not covered by these answers, I took one paper to the APH Cabinet Committee on 28 May 2024. As it relates to a board reappointment that has not yet been announced, I do not consider it is in the public interest to release the title of the paper at this time.
