Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from 5 – 11 May 2025 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • Ministerial Satisfaction Survey 2024/25, 5 May 2025 • Progress on Government Targets for Quarter 1 ending March 2025, 8 May 2025 • Draft Responses for the 2025/26 Standard Estimates Questionnaire, 8 May 2025 • Transfer of responsibility – decisions as Minister for Land Information about Kaipara ki Mahurangi electorate projects, 8 May 2025 • Prime Minister’s Weekly, 9 May 2025 • Meeting with the Governor-General on Wednesday 14 May 2025, 9 May 2025 • Achieving Government Targets - Options & Next Steps, 9 May 2025. I also received five documents within the specified timeframe however, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, jointly with the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I received the following document: • North Island Weather Events: Monthly Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects, 8 May 2025. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
