Hon Chris Penk: During the period 27 November 2023 to 28 May 2024, I put four papers out for Ministerial consultation. The titles of three papers are listed below, however I have withheld the title of the fourth as it is still under active consideration. • Priorities for the Land Information Portfolio and Progress Reports on SouthPAN and Survey and Title Enhancement Programme – 1 March 2024 • Valuers Registration Board: Appointment and Reappointment - 12 March 2024 • Proposals to Update Fees for LINZ Survey and Title Services: Release of Discussion Document – 20 March 2024
