22362 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What bowel screening colonoscopy or surveillance colonscopy screening services have been paused since 27 November 2023, if any, listed by district and the dates on which they were paused?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that as part of our focus on putting patients first and ensuring that all New Zealanders have access to timely, quality healthcare, surveillance colonoscopy screening in the MidCentral district successfully resumed on 15 February 2025, following a temporary pause that began on 11 December 2024.
