22262 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Prime Minister: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received about pay equity claims, listed by agency, title and date received?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have received relevant briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
