Hon Erica Stanford: The most frequent reason for the use of my Gmail was to send material to myself for printing as after I became a Minister I was unable to print at my electorate office. This was a matter that had been awaiting resolution with Parliamentary Services but was not able to be resolved until renovations were recently completed at my electorate office. Some steps had already been taken prior to the OIA request being received, such as advising people verbally who had sent emails to my Gmail to instead send emails to my official email. Some other steps, such as placing an automatic reply on the Gmail, occurred alongside the OIA.
