22157 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: How many Senior Private Secretaries have been appointed to your office, by date and period?

Hon Erica Stanford: Transitional support staff are outgoing staff that are offered the opportunity to cover vacancies post events. As part of that process, transitional staff are allocated offices to provide cover, however they are not appointed to an office. One person was appointed to a fixed term SPS role in my office from 16 February 2024, to cover recruitment. A permanent events-based employee was appointed to the SPS role on 13 May 2024. This is also my answer to 22156 (2025).
