22141 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised by ACC that it has no current resources that ACC expects to halt as a result of the changes to pay equity legislation. ACC regularly reviews the rates it pays for the services delivered to its clients. These reviews consider factors such as general inflation, changes in service component costs and scheme sustainability.
