22114 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: Regarding Disability Support Services, which is part of the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to the reply to written question 22100 (2025). I am advised the Ministry of Disabled People, Whaikaha have not spent any resources on a pay equity claim that will be halted.
