22110 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: The Parliamentary Counsel Office has not spent any government resources on a pay equity claim that will be halted. Crown Law have not assigned resources to pay equity claims since March 2024. Prior to this, Crown Law collated the data required (estimated as less than 1 day per month) in response to the Public Service Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim.
