22108 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by the DPMC. I am advised that no government resources have been spent by DPMC on pay equity claims that will be halted.
