22091 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) there are no active pay equity claims. Subsequently, no government resources have been spent on pay equity claims by the Ministry.
