22082 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice does not have any pay equity claims that will be halted therefore, no government resources have been used for that purpose. I am further advised that for the Crown Entities that I am responsible for, they do not have any pay equity claims that will be halted therefore, no government resources have been used for that purpose.
