22061 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that no resources have been spent on any pay equity claims by the Ministry for the Environment, and that the Environmental Protection Authority has not been the subject of any such claims.
