Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Child Poverty Reduction: What government resources, if any, have been spent in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on a pay equity claim that will be halted, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) does not have a dedicated resource working in relation to pay equity claims as they are not a lead agency in any pay equity claims that have been halted following the recent changes.
