21835 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What safeguards, if any, exist to protect data held by any of the three Total Mobility Service Providers in the Horizon Regional Council area?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that NZTA’s expectation is that Public Transport Authority contracts with Transport Operators appropriately address data management requirements, including obligations of third parties.
