21834 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: If a transport provider is currently a member for the Total Mobility scheme what, if any, are the provisions if they do not move to one of the three Service Providers proposed for the Horizons Regional Council area?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that Public Transport Authorities have responsibility for negotiating and managing contracts with Transport Operators. It is NZTA’s expectation that contracts contain appropriate clauses to address any updates.
