21785 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister for Sport and Recreation: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document sent, has the minister sent or forwarded emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as Minister to email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Hon Chris Bishop: As I’ve indicated publicly, on a few occasions I have forwarded some emails received from my official email accounts to my personal gmail account. This has been for the purpose of printing or for ease of viewing of documents when travelling – for example sending a copy of a final PR to my gmail account because of being unable to copy and paste from Outlook. Due to the volume of emails I receive and send I do not think it is a good use of time and resources to go through every email account and every email.
