Hon Simon Watts: The Cabinet Office, a business unit of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, coordinates across a range of government agencies and delivers an induction programme for Ministers upon appointment. The programme addresses key matters relating to the role of a minister including material in the Cabinet Manual covering paragraphs 2.86-2.87 of the Cabinet Manual, which is available online: Cabinet Manual 2023.
