Hon Nicola Willis: The Cabinet Office, a business unit of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, coordinates across a range of government agencies and delivers an induction programme for Ministers upon appointment. The programme addresses key matters relating to the role of a minister including material in the Cabinet Manual covering paragraphs 2.86-2.87 of the Cabinet Manual, which is available online: https://www.dpmc.govt.nz/sites/default/files/2023-06/cabinet-manual-2023-v2.pdf.
