21661 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document sent, have staff employed in the Minister's office sent or forwarded emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as employees to email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?
Hon Louise Upston: It is not general practice for my staff to send or forward emails from a parliamentary email address to a personal email address. However, occasionally, emails have been sent from staff in my Ministerial office from parliamentary email addresses to their personal email for a range of reasons including sending personal HR related documents e.g. contracts, self-assessment forms etc., an inability to print from their parliamentary email address while offsite and sending copies of PRs which have already been sent to media. I am advised that none of the emails contain any official Government documents or any material of a sensitive nature.
