Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Whānau Ora: On how many occasions, if any, broken down by date and title of email or document sent, has the minister sent or forwarded emails or official Government documents provided to them in their capacity as Minister to email accounts that weren't provided to them by Ministerial Services, Parliamentary Services or any other Public sector provider?

Hon Tama Potaka: On a few occasions I have forwarded some emails received from my official email accounts to my personal account for example for the purpose of printing. None of the emails contain any material of a sensitive nature. Due to the volume of emails I receive and send I do not think it is a good use of time and resources to go through every email account and every email.
