Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What training, if any, was provided to the Minister regarding the handling of sensitive information, and did the training contain information warning against the use of personal emails in conducting work-related business?

Hon Karen Chhour: The Cabinet Office, a business unit of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, coordinates across a range of government agencies and delivers an induction programme for Ministers upon appointment. The programme addresses key matters relating to the role of a minister including material in the Cabinet Manual covering paragraphs 2.86-2.87 of the Cabinet Manual, which is available online.
