Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Tertiary Education Commission has not received any advice from the Government Chief Digital Officer, the Public Service Commissioner, the Privacy Commissioner, the Treasury, or any other agency regarding the feasibility, cost, delivery risk, timeframes, or limitations of substituting artificial intelligence tools for roles being disestablished as part of savings made in Budget 2026 for the Votes for which I am responsible.
